Kettlebells 10.00 - 10.30am A weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Spinning Combo 6.30-7.30pm 45 minutes spinning,  15 minutes ab work.
Kettlebells  6.30 - 7.15pm  
Bob's body Boosters  7.00 - 8.00pm A circuit class incorporating Aerobic and Endurance exercises.
