A weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Spinning Combo 6.30-7.30pm
45 minutes spinning,  15 minutes ab work.

 Qigong  7.30 - 8.30pm
Qigong (pronounced chee gung or chee kung) is the practice of aligning breath, physical activity and awareness for mental and physical health.  In many ways certain types of it can be compared to a simplified form of tai chi.
The Ba Duan Jin is one of the most common forms of qigong used as exercise.  It is a sequence of eight movements or postures that work on the physical body and acupuncture meridians to promote flexibility, strength and general health.
